These terms cover use of Refrigeration Compressor Sourcing pages and inquiry forms. They do not create a manufacturing warranty, a brand-appointed reseller relationship or a commissioning result that this service can certify.
Refrigeration Compressor Sourcing is an independent sourcing partner. We coordinate refrigeration compressor inquiries and factory quote requests. Supplier identity, process feasibility, sample terms and shipment statements are those of the named supplier in each reply. No page should be read as original-equipment authorization or as factory ownership by this service.
Buyers are responsible for the accuracy of refrigerant descriptions, evaporating and condensing conditions, quantities, destinations and delivery windows. Drawings sent after an inquiry remain the buyer’s material; this form does not host uploads. We may ask suppliers to restate kW duty, architecture, oil management, tooling and commissioning before a comparison is useful.
Factory quotes are requested for comparison. Validity, Incoterms, packing and taxes must appear in the supplier document. This service does not publish savings percentages or claimed warehouse stock. Any purchase contract is between the buyer and the chosen supplier unless a separate written appointment says otherwise. FAT and SAT obligations follow that contract.
Do not use the inquiry form to request unguarded equipment or to misrepresent destination or end use. We may decline to forward such requests. Complete refrigeration plants, process chillers and unrelated machinery families are outside this site’s procurement cluster unless you open a separate brief.
