Include product and process (refrigerant, evaporating and condensing temperatures, screw or reciprocating architecture, required control range); required cooling duty in kW and its test conditions, not only catalog displacement in m3/h at 50 Hz or 60 Hz; electrical supply (voltage, phase and frequency); utilities such as cooling water, oil cooling, work envelope, footprint and suction/discharge interfaces; quantity, destination and required delivery window; acceptance sample, inspection scope, commissioning and spare parts; optional budget with currency and per-unit or whole-order basis; optional supplier preference (high-end, mid-range, budget or undecided). For CO2 duty, name the dedicated pressure envelope and oil-management arrangement. Drawings can be sent after we reply; this form has no upload field.
