Independent procurement coordination
Refrigeration Compressor Sourcing is an independent sourcing partner. Buyers own the process-load envelope, award decision and plant piping geometry. Named factories confirm capacity at stated evaporating and condensing conditions, architecture, included oil management, and whether interconnecting refrigerant piping sits inside the offer. We request comparable wholesale quotes and place those replies side by side. We do not manufacture compressors, hold warehouse stock, or act as a brand-appointed reseller. No founding year, headcount or audited factory roster is published because those facts are not on file for this service.
Independent sourcing partner: we collect refrigerant, evaporating and condensing temperatures, architecture, quantity and destination, then circulate the same questions. We do not certify plants, invent kW corrections, or accept SAT temperature liability.
Who decides which refrigeration compressor quotation is awarded? The buyer. This office only keeps the assumption list aligned so oil kits, shipping and commissioning appear as line items instead of disappearing into a lump sum. No existing quotation is required to submit an RFQ. We will not treat a catalog ISO statement as covering this project’s FAT. Throughput language from packaging lines does not replace refrigeration SAT, which is temperatures, pressures and kW under named conditions. Connected load, three-phase supply, cooling water, footprint and spare parts still belong in the brief even when a budget range is attached.
Send the same evaporating and condensing point to every factory so ownership of SAT logging stays visible.
